The Landlord And Tenant Act 1985 requires landlords "to keep in repair and proper working order the installations in the dwelling-house for the supply of water, gas and electricity".

Landlords do not get caught out! the only real way to satisfy this regulation is by making sure your properties have valid electrical and gas certificates. Periodic inspection reports and electrical certificates issued for all types of installation from £70 plus VAT.

Control panels and BMS systems designed, installed and commissioned, from pump changeover panels right through to multi-zonal building management systems. All panels designed and built in house to customers requirements.

TrustMark is an initiative supported by the Government, the building industry and consumer groups to help consumers find reliable and trustworthy tradespeople to make improvements and repairs to their homes. If a firm displays the TrustMark logo consumers can be assured that it has been checked against a set of standards set by the Government by a TrustMark approved body.

Positive Earth Engineering ltd is an NICEIC approved contractor. Electricians registered by NICEIC are assessed on a regular basis to ensure that they are competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards, codes of practice and rules of the Schemes they are registered to.

Contractors registered to NICEIC Building Regulations Schemes are authorised to self-certify their work without hindrance from Local Authority Building Control. This saves you both time and money when undertaking work that requires notification under the Building Regulations.
